[Buyer Basics] How do I cancel my order?

Before cancelling your order, you may want to view "Can I cancel my order?" to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation.

 

1. Click on "Me" and "To Pay / To Ship". Find your order and click on the name of the order.

  • If your payment is not successful, your order will be under "To Pay"

  • If you have made payment successfully, your order will be under "To Ship" before the seller ships it out.

2. After that, click on "Cancel Order" to initiate a cancellation request.

  • If the cancellation request is done before the payment is successful or before the seller arranges shipment (order with no tracking number updated), the cancellation will not need the seller's approval and can be cancelled immediately. However, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system if it has not been shipped 3 days after Days to Ship. 

  • Seller approval required: If the cancellation is done after shipment has been arranged, the cancellation will require seller approval. Any cancellation request not responded to by the seller within 1 day will be auto-accepted and refunded to the buyer.
